Ragging is strictly prohibited and guilty students will face strict action including expulsion as per the directions of the Honourable Supreme Court in SLP No.24295 of 2006,16th May 2007 and in Civil Appeal No. 887 of 2009, dated 8th May,2009 and Govt. of Maharashtra Ordinance dated 15th May, 1999. Display of noisy, disorderly conduct, teasing, excitement by rough or rude treatment or handling, including rowdy, undisciplined activities which cause or likely to cause annoyance, undue hardship, physical or psychological harm or raise apprehensive fear in a fresher, or asking the students to do any act or perform something which such a student will not do in the ordinary course and which causes him/her shame or embarrassment or danger to his/her life, etc. Ragging within or outside of any educational institution is prohibited
